This new Fez Domino lets you write code for your project using the .NET framework. Perfect if you're already familiar with .NET from programming on Windows!

The Fez Domino is a small, Arduino-like board that contains an microcontroller and all of the necessary supporting circuitry to make it easy to get started using. Interestingly, the Fez is pin compatible with Arduino shield boards, thus allowing you to take advantage of the huge number of add-on boards that already exist. Combine that with the ability to program the Fez in C# and you've got a platform that is easy to program and use especially if you're already familiar with C# programming on Windows.

The Fez Domino microcontroller board features:

  • 72 MHz ARM processor
  • Programmable in C# using the Compact .NET framework
  • Compatible with the Arduino Shields
  • The C# toolchain is free with Visual Studio Express

Check-out the Fez Arduino from SparkFun and get building!
